Gander Mountain Co. withdrew this week from two National Rifle Association events that partially focused on supporting Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker in next month's recall election.

Nucor Corp. has agreed to pay $605 million to ArcelorMittal for Skyline Steel, a distributor of steel foundation products, and its subsidiaries.
Skyline will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Charlotte, N.C.-based Nucor but will keep its headquarters in Parsippany, N.J.
