Wisconsin Energy Corp.'s planned $9.1 billion acquisition of Integrys Energy Group Inc. received approvals from the shareholders of both companies Friday, moving the public-utility firms one step closer to completing the transaction. Trek Bicycle to move warehouse from Oconomowoc to Johnson Creek
Trek Bicycle Corp. plans to move its warehousing operations from Oconomowoc to a new 250,000-square-foot facility in Johnson Creek. The company is building the Johnson Creek facility in partnership with Briohn Building Corp. of Brookfield. The building would have about 80 employees and cost $7 million, said Mark Johnsrud, Johnson Creek village administrator. It will be 50 percent larger than the existing facility in Oconomowoc. TJ Hale drops plans in Germantown, will expand in Menomonee Falls
Manufacturer TJ Hale Co. dropped plans to develop a new facility in Germantown and instead will build an up to 100,000-square-foot addition onto its Menomonee Falls plant. The company had previously planned to buy 34 acres in a new Germantown business park that MLG Development is developing. Solaris purchased by European medical devices company
Solaris Inc., a West Allis manufacturer of medical compression garments, has been purchased by a European conglomerate of medical device and product companies for an undisclosed amount.
