Brister Street Music Fest creator forms music business startup

A building permit filling indicates an East Memphis tavern is about to get an outdoor upgrade. Fox & Hound Sports Tavern at 5101 Sanderlin Road applied for a permit to “build new patio/arbor.” The contractor on the project is listed as Darin K. Boutique hotel going up Downtown on Madison
A $5.28 million permit has been filed with the Shelby County Department of Construction Code Enforcement to turn the Scimitar building into a boutique hotel.
