Hilliard considers incentive for Equity move into old Red Roof Inn HQ, wants hotel on campus, too
Equity Inc. is planing to move into the former Red Roof Inns Inc. headquarters in Hilliard. The commercial real estate brokerage and development firm also may build a 100-room hotel next to an event center and catering business within the campus dubbed the Timberline Office Preserve. Discovery District's new dining corner: Lomonico’s and Domino’s joining Grass Skirt and Hills Market
There should be more food to discover in the Discovery District by the end of the year. Randy Walker, owner of 340-342 Gay St., got the necessary Downtown Commission approvals Tuesday that will help Lomonico’s move ahead with its new restaurant at the corner of Gay and Grant streets. Boca Restaurant Group released renderings of its new Nada location coming to Columbus. The Mexican-inspired restaurant from David Falk is scheduled to open in the Arena District in late 2014. How Frontier’s new CVG destinations will increase competition on those routes
Frontier Airlines will announce what Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport says is a “major expansion” of service from the airport on Thursday morning. Frontier, which started flying to Denver from CVG last year, has since expanded service to Trenton, N.J., with service to Washington, D.C.’s Dulles International Airport starting in September.
