Latham property maintanence firm signs Barnes & Noble deal DWM Inc., a firm in Latham, New York, that handles property maintenance for national retailers, has added 80 Barnes & Noble bookstores to its roster.
The addition brings the total of Barnes & Noble stores that DWM Inc. maintains to 312, said Brian Witt, vice president of operations.
Founded in 1997 by David Meeks, the firm’s other clients include L.L. Bean, Christopher & Banks, and Dollar Tree.

Innogen is the business incubator that replaced the U-Start program, which worked in partnership with Union College.
David Dussault, who heads Innogen, said the accelerator's new site will have space for 11 offices.
Dussault's company, DHA Holdings, bought the building from Planned Parenthood for $110,000.
