Sotheby's CEO William Ruprecht will step down from that role in a move that the company says was a mutual decision, but that also appears to have been prompted by recent changes to the auction house's board. 'Hudson Arthaus' is name for new, $19.4 million apartments in downtown Troy
The development team that will convert the former Kelly Clothes in downtown Troy, New York into 80 apartments released new details Friday, including the project's cost, name and timeline.
