Membership of Genie Network, Inc. www.GenieNetwork.net may be terminated at any time, and without cause, by either The Genie Network, Inc. www.GenieNetwork.net or the Member upon notification of the other by electronic or conventional mail. The Genie Network, Inc. www.GenieNetwork.net will not disclose any membership contact details or content to any member who has terminated their membership or had their membership revoked by The Genie Network, Inc. www.GenieNetwork.net . When a member requests termination or Genie Network, Inc. www.GenieNetwork.net revokes membership, all personal data and records will be removed, members are liable for charges incurred by them until termination of membership. The Genie Network, Inc. www.GenieNetwork.net reserves the right to deny in its sole discretion any user access to the Genie Network, Inc. www.GenieNetwork.net website, specific areas of the website or functionality or features of the website, either via the complaint process at info@geniusa.com or any other method it chooses and/or revoke membership without notice at its sole discretion.

SELECTION OF SERVICE PLAN AND DUES Member agrees to select a Service Plan payment from the options available for services covered in the pricing section. The Member agrees to pay member dues as specified for the selected option. Dues will be paid to affiliated Business Networking group separate from Genie Network, Inc. www.GenieNetwork.net .

SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT
The Web site located at http://www.genienetwork.net ("Site") is provided by Genie Network. Your access to and use of the Site and Tools provided on the Genie Network site is governed by this Subscriber Agreement ("Agreement"). As used in this Agreement, "Genie Network ," "we," "us'" or "our" refers to tools, modules, videos, audios , and "you" or "your" refers to you, the user of the Site. The Agreement below is the agreement you consented to upon subscribing to the site. The Agreement does not apply to use of the publicly available Web Site maintained by Genie Network.
Genie Network programs, modules, free cd offer with program purchase - purchaser agrees agrees to pay for term agreed upon at the time of purchase. Fourteen (14) day cancelation notice required to discontinue agreement on free cd offers. Purchaser is liable for amount due prior to 14 day cancelation notice. The term of this agreement will continue for one year; however that the agreement shall be automatically renewed for additional one-year term commencing at the end of the first year, subject to the right of either party to terminate at any time, without liability or cause, by providing 30 days notice of termination by notice or using the cancellation feature of the Genie Network, Inc. www.GenieNetwork.net web site prior to expiration of the current term. Genie Network, Inc. www.GenieNetwork.net and GenieMembers.com reservse right of refusal to publish member/membership of non-core business model professionals.
LATE PAYMENT PENALTY: Late fee, credit card denied - a $25.00 late fee will apply. The 25.00 penalty will be billed in the month of card rejection or late payment is due. If delinquency continues subsequent month's late penalties will apply.
ADDITIONAL MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES The member shall comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations in connection with the member’s use of the Service, shall not impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent member's identity, and shall not interfere with the use of the Service by others, including the eNetworkGenie.com web site.
PERSONAL AND NONCOMMERCIAL USE LIMITATION The Genie Network, Inc. www.GenieNetwork.net is for your personal and non-commercial use. Direct contact: When receiving a communication from a Member, be courteous you have the right to decline an introduction. Some new members and existing members may be more direct and require guidance on the way they should network, it is wonderful when members assists in educating these members rather than creating a hostile communication with them for their and/or your lack of understanding. This is how the relationships build stronger and strategic partnerships begin. Do not harass, stalk or persist or cause distress to another Member. However, if a member requests anything unethical or illegal this should be highlighted through the Complaints Process.Forums:When participating in forums, be aware that others are reading your communication. Use forums for sharing create a learning experience discuss posted topics positively.
Email/Mass/Broadcasts:Mass broadcast messages to Network Geni member’s is prohibited unless it has been agreed upon as part of a pre-agreed messaging on a particular discussion, survey or meeting discussion. Please use the Complaint process if this should occur. You have the right to terminate this person from being a member from your network list if this becomes an issue. Always be sensitive to the quantity of information each member already receives each day, and do not use mass broadcasts to members to advertise unsolicited opportunities, make requests, market products or express opinions.
Forum Boards: Post comments to topics that provide constructive information and debate. Prohibited are post comments designed to cause distress to others, either explicitly or implied. Prohibited are comments that are sarcastic or cynical in nature or that are aggressive or disrespectful to others. Prohibited discussions that a member is starting, is therefore deemed as rude and unwanted if another member takes the topic off in another direction, away from the intended outcome. When creating a new thought, just like in offline conversations, link your thought to the relevance of the topics, this shows respect and keeps the debate working positively.
Events: Genie Network, Inc. www.GenieNetwork.net provides the platform members to meet offline at events and in one-to-one meetings. At this time, participate with integrity and with the intention to contribute to the experience of other attendees. Do not create a disturbance or adopt a negative stance with any attendees or with the organizers of the event. If you have agreed to certain responsibilities such as supporting an event, please fulfill those responsibilities. These events will be posted on the club calendar and/or State or Network Geni’s master calendar.
Communication Intentions:In all instances of communication in use the Membership Directory are to share learning, opportunities and contacts, create strategic partnerships and to provide positive support. The Network Geni membership network is an explicitly positive network of belief, education and action. There are other negative forums online you may access if we choose to so. Do not spread complaints, criticisms, doubts, fears and anxieties of any member, Genie Network, Inc. www.GenieNetwork.net, Its management or the Genie Network, Inc. www.GenieNetwork.net brand and it's products. If you have any complaint, criticism, doubts, fears and anxieties with any member or with Genie Network, Inc. www.GenieNetwork.net, management or it's services and products, take the matter up directly with the relevant person in a constructive way through private messaging and/or info@geniusa.com and the complaint process.
Banned/Removed/Suspend Members On a rare occasions the Management Staff of Genie Network, Inc. www.GenieNetwork.net may be required to make a decision to ban, suspend a member from using the website. These decisions are made after due thought and debate of the complain process, following the collection of evidence, advice and concerns. Should this occur, members are advised that postings about this member who was suspended, blocked or banned should be discontinued. Continuing discussion with your members does nothing to help the individuals involved or the membership or our business. Entries that reflect this are likely to be removed, and the author member will be contacted. Remember there is always two sides to every story - no one is privy to everything that has gone on, we respect the rights of the banned member and ask you all to trust our decision making. No refunds will be issued.
Complaining about another member. If you witness members conducting themselves in a way that you feel is outside of the Ethics and Best Business Practices then you are encouraged to file a complaint about them. All complaints are anonymous, only the Complaints Process Department will be aware of this. This enables the appropriate action to be taken.
Response time:It is Genie Network, Inc. www.GenieNetwork.net policy to respond within 48 business hours (excluding USA holidays and weekends Saturday and Sunday) of receiving any communication from you.
Escalation:In the event that you have exhausted means of communication and have not received an answer. Please contact Info@GeniUSA.com This will escalate your communication directly to management. Each escalated issue will be treated seriously with the appropriate investigation and action. As well as the breakdown of the communication process. Please allow up to four days response time.

Fake/Bogus Accounts, 419 Spam's can result in a ban of the offending member.
